Lisa Edelstein was an American actress, best known for her role as the main character of Fox's House medical series. She grew up in Wayne where she was a part of a traditional Jewish tradition. As a teenager, 18, she emigrated into New York City to study at Tisch School of the Arts. The school was very active in club culture, causing enough of a stir that she caught the interest of the media. The singer used her musical training and fame to create and star in a musical of her own, Positive Me. The first time she was hired, she got her first position at MTV as the host of Awake on the Wild Side shortly after. After the show was finished, she went on to work in movies as well as TV productions. The first time she worked, she was able to get small parts and established herself gradually as an actor.
